Description DHA and EPA Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Elcosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are Omega-3 essential fatty acids that assure a balanced and healthy development. They cannot be synthesised by the body, therefore need to be obtained through food and/or supplements. When to Recommend: Brain, cognitive and psychomotor development; Concentration and focus; Visual development; Improves learning abilities; All the situations where it is necessary to have a supplementary supply of Omega-3 fatty acids; Dyslexia; Hyperactivity; Lack of concentration; Low IQ; Bad behavior; Lack of motor coordination. Recommended Daily Dosage: From 1-3 years old: 1 coffee spoon (2.5 ml) per day, with any meal. 4-12 Years old: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day, with any meal.
