Description The Fab & Fix Windsor Door Blank Plate is made for both external and internal doors where a handle or access point is not needed on the other side. It is commonly used on uPVC, timber and composite doors and is suitable for new installations as well as replacement projects. This blanking plate is used to make the door look complete. The short backplate keeps the door face compact while the chrome finish adds a bright look that matches most modern door furniture. Colour-matched fixings also help the plate blend into the door surface, giving you a smooth, professional appearance with minimal effort. Technically, the blanking plate measures 206mm in overall length. It also has a 122mm screw-to-screw fixing distance which allows it to line up with common handle fixing points. It comes supplied with fixings for straightforward installation and is designed to sit flush against the door surface to cover unused cut-outs securely.
