Description The Yale Lockmaster 35/92 2 Hook 2 Roller PVC Multipoint Lock is fitted to uPVC doors prepared for a 35mm backset centre case. It replaces Lockmaster strips that use 92mm centres with a euro cylinder, keeping the existing handle and cylinder positions aligned. In operation, lifting the lever throws the hooks and rollers into engagement, driving all locking points into position. Turning the key then secures the central deadbolt within the gearbox, completing the locking sequence. A 16mm square end faceplate fixes neatly into the euro-groove along the door edge, and the strip runs to an overall length of 2200mm. The centre case sits in the middle position to line up with the handle and cylinder cut-outs, and from that case the latch and deadbolt project into the strike plate. One hook is positioned 720mm above the centre case, and the other sits 770mm below it. The hook-to-hook measurement is 1490mm, so that distance needs to align with the frame keeps already fitted. Between the locking points sit two rollers, with a 1175mm roller to roller distance. As the handle lifts, those rollers draw the door tight into the seals, improving compression along the frame. After installation is complete, check roller pressure against the keeps to confirm correct compression. Lubricate the hooks, rollers, and latch to maintain smooth lift operation. Make sure the anti-lift pins enter their apertures fully when the door closes and tighten the faceplate fixings to prevent movement within the euro groove.
