This version is key operated by double turn, not lift lever. As the key rotates, it throws the hooks and deadbolt in one complete sequence, so all locking points engage directly off the cylinder. Running down the door edge is a 20mm radius end faceplate measuring 1770mm in overall length. The centre case sits higher on the strip to suit Townhouse handle positions, and from that high gearbox the latch and deadbolt project into the strike plate. One hook is positioned 290mm from the centre case, and the second hook sits 1255mm from the centre case. The hook to hook measurement is 1545mm, which means it must align with the existing frame keeps already fitted. With a 45mm backset, the euro cylinder and spindle are positioned correctly within the door leaf. The 92mm centres maintain alignment between the handle and cylinder in standard composite door furniture. A single spindle follower links both handles through the gearbox, and anti lift pins engage into the frame to resist forced upward movement. The strip is not extendable, so the 1770mm overall length must match the original routing exactly.
