Description The Lockmaster 35/92 PLSP32 2 Hook 2 Roller PVC French Door Multipoint Lock are designed for uPVC French doors where lifting the lever sends hooks and rollers out into the frame. It’s used as a replacement for worn out Lockmaster strips that run a 35mm backset with 92mm PZ centres. In the middle, the centre case houses the latch and deadbolt that are operated by the Euro cylinder. The hooks are also reduced to suit French door leaf layouts. A 16mm square end faceplate runs the full 2200mm overall length of the strip. The centre gearbox sits centrally and lines up with 92mm handle to cylinder centres. With a 35mm backset, the spindle and cylinder are positioned correctly through the door profile. There are two hooks, one above and one below the centre case. The top hook sits 365mm from the centre case, and the bottom hook sits 415mm from the centre case. This provides a hook-to-hook measurement of 780mm. Along the strip, two rollers are spaced with a 1090mm roller to roller measurement. When you lift the handle, the internal linkage drives out the two hooks and two rollers into their keeps. Customers can then turn the key to secure the central deadbolt within the centre case. The spindle runs through a single spindle follower inside the gearbox. This lock is not extendable beyond the fixed 2200mm overall length. We recommend regular inspections of the hook throw and roller engagement to help keep the French door leaf properly aligned to its keeps. Light lubrication of the latch, hooks, rollers, and gearbox keeps the lift lever action smooth, and fixings should be checked periodically to prevent movement within the uPVC profile.
