It operates on a lift lever system, so raising the handle throws the locking points before the key can secures the Euro cylinder. It also has a centre lock box that combines a latch and deadbolt to hold the door closed before it fully engages the lock. This non-extendable lock is also intended to match existing door preparations without modification. With an overall length of 2285mm, the strip suits common uPVC, composite, and timber doors. It has a 16mm square end faceplate that goes around the door edge for a clean and consistent finish. The central gearbox aligns with 92mm PZ centres to maintain handle and cylinder positioning. And for quick and straightforward replacements, its proportions are designed to sit directly into doors fitted with the same layout. On doors requiring a 45mm backset, this measurement positions the spindle and Euro cylinder correctly in relation to the faceplate and handle cut-outs. The single spindle supports lift lever operation while providing direct control of the locking points. Two classic hooks are located 740mm above and 869mm below the centre case. This offers a 1609mm hook-to-hook measurement, spreading security evenly along the height of the door.
