Description The Fullex 35/92 3 Hook 2 Anti-Lift Pins 4 Roller PVC Multipoint Lock is used as a replacement for full-height uPVC front doors where a 35mm backset and a 92mm PZ centre are required. It suits doors fitted with a euro cylinder and lift-lever. This combines a central latch with hook locking to secure the sash tightly into the frame. This lock improves door compression and alignment while maintaining compatibility with many existing multipoint setups. It is commonly selected when upgrading worn or failed gearboxes that no longer engage the locking points correctly. Typically used on uPVC profiles, this lock features a 16mm square-end faceplate that provides a clean and secure fit within standard uPVC door edges. Once the lever is lifted, the hooks and rollers engage progressively. This pulls the door firmly into the frame, improving compression as well as overall stability. Its overall layout is designed to support its installation without altering the door’s original appearance. Operated through a lift-lever that’s linked to a split spindle, the Fullex 35/92 offers a smooth handle that is compatibility with a broad range of levers. The locking system incorporates three main security hooks, two additional hooks and four compression rollers to provide multiple engagement points. Anti-lift pins are built into the mechanism and work alongside the hooks to resist upward door movement during an attack. Locking point spacing measures 1205mm from hook to hook, 620mm from the top hook to the centre case, 585mm from the bottom hook to the centre case, and 965mm between the inner rollers. The overall length is 2200mm, making it suitable for full-height uPVC door installations. We advise regular maintenance to reduce internal wear. When replacing a multipoint lock, it is also common practice to consider upgrading to a 3-star euro cylinder to increase resistance against snapping, picking and bumping.
