Description The Maco 35/92 2 Hook 2 Roller PVC Multipoint Lock is prepared for uPVC doors that use a 35mm backset and a 92mm PZ handle position. It’s made to replace worn Maco locks where two hooks and two rollers engage with the frame. and to provide multiple locking along the door height, its centre case carries the main latch and deadbolt, while the additional hooks and rollers provide further engagement along the strip. In addition, this lock has a 16mm square-ended faceplate that runs the full length of the lock. The centre gearbox also aligns with the handle and cylinder cut-outs in the door. It also offers one hook positioned 360mm above the centre case, while the second hook sits 510mm below it. Lifting the handle drives both hooks outward, so they engage with their frame keeps. Once this is complete, the euro cylinder secures the central deadbolt. The two hooks are positioned 870mm apart along the strip, while the rollers are spaced 1635mm apart across the lock. The overall strip length measures 2400mm. This lock also uses a single spindle follower and does not include extendable rails. We recommend that you routinely check that the faceplate fixings remain secure along the door edge. Light lubrication should also be applied to the latch, hooks, and rollers to keep the lock moving freely.
